Langley is a small town located in the southwestern part of Whidbey Island in Island County, Washington, United States. It is situated along the eastern shore of Saratoga Passage and has a population of around 1,100 residents. The town has a compact, charming downtown area with shops, restaurants, and galleries and is known for its arts community. Langley is also home to several parks and trails, including the South Whidbey State Park and the Saratoga Woods Preserve. The town is accessible by ferry from the mainland or by driving across the Deception Pass Bridge.
